He put these on with these keys and cells called otb to sent them to there homes. On the present day, Toru and the Teens are grown up and The Race Master is come back. Only the 5 teens will be ready to henshin into a new team motorbike sentais. Together they are the protectors of the motorbike race world, Together they are the motorbike race to victory and Together they are....SHOUEI SENTAI OTOBAIGER!!!
