When the Harmonic Chaos Incident merged Mobius and Equestria into Mobequestrius, the human world went through some changes to match. So, when Twilight's crown is stolen and taken to another world through a magic mirror, she, alongside Spike, Sonic, Sally, and Hope go through the Mirror to the human world. There, they meet human counterparts of their friends, as well as a human counterpart of Sonic himself, and have to work together to retrieve the Element of Magic.

One day, in Ponyville, everything is peaceful, when suddenly, the evil Dark Portal Master Kaos attacks. Fortunately, a team of Skylanders led by Spyro the Dragon arrives and sends him packing. Taking a liking to the people of Ponyville, the Skylanders decide to stay there for a while. This is their story.

There were once two worlds: Mobius, and Equestria. These two worlds, separated by the Multiverse, would one day collide, as one fateful day, the combination of a massive Chaos Control, and a powerful spell, shattered the barrier between the two worlds, merging them into one. Now, the Freedom Fighters and the Mane 6 must join forces to liberate Mobequestrius from Doctor Eggman, and protect Equestria from falling under his regime.

Pokémon Rebirth

6 years after the events of Pokémon Journeys, Cyrus returns, reforms Team Galactic, and successfully destroys the universe as part of an initiation mission to join a larger evil team known as Team Ragnarok, formed from variants of evil teams from across the multiverse. But, to stop Team Ragnarok, Arceus saves Ash from the universe's destruction, and sends him back in time to the day he started his journey, with newfound skills in using the Aura, the ability to restore the memories of his Pokémon & friends, as well as their Pokémon, and give Pokémon the ability to speak telepathically via the Aura. However, the new timeline has several differences from the old one, due to it being merged with a neighboring timeline. Can Ash & co save the Multiverse from Team Ragnarok? Neon Genesis Gurren Lagann: Gunmen & Evas

In an alternate timeline, the defeat of the Spiral King Lordgenome at the hands of Simon the Digger caused a massive burst of Spiral Power, that destroyed a cosmic-level Absolute Terror Field that had kept their universe separate from another. Without the massive A.T. Field to separate them, the 2 worlds merged into one, and to the shock of Team Dai-Gurren, an entire city known as Tokyo-3 had just appeared on the surface a couple of days after the defeat of Lordgenome. Deciding to head over there to investigate, they find that a hostile life form is attacking the city, prompting Simon and Rossiu to go and see what's happening. As it turns out, though the death of Lordgenome marked the end of the Beastmen Wars, it also marked the beginning of a new war, with foes that seek only destruction, and the total extinction of humanity. Team Dai-Gurren has entered the Angel Wars.

In an alternative universe where Quirks coexist with Mutants, Magic, Gods and Monsters alike, young Izuku Midoriya inherits the power of One for All from Earth's Symbol of Peace, Japan's No. 1 Hero, and a founding member of the Avengers: All Might, and becomes a student at UA, while also befriending a foreign student from the US named Peter Parker, who came to UA in order to get a Hero License after a brief time as a vigilante by the name of Spider Man. However, old foes from Peter's time as a vigilante come to Japan in order to get revenge against the Webhead. Will the students of Class 1A survive against these threats? Find out, with Marvel: World's Greatest Academia!!!!

In an alternate universe, instead of coming to Earth, the Cybertronian war is brought to a planet called Mobius, home to the seven Chaos Emeralds. After 4,000,000 years of Stasis Lock, the heroic Autobots and evil Decepticons awaken, with the Autobots joining forces with the Freedom Fighters to find the seven Chaos Emeralds, defeat the Decepticons, and liberate Mobius from the tyrannical rule of Doctor Ivo “Eggman” Robotnik.
