Green Arrow: Escape from Super Max (2008)
David Goyer and Justin Marks penned a script for a movie starring Green Arrow originally called Super Max. On June 5, 2008, the film was retitled Green Arrow: Escape from Super Max. The reported storyline is that the hero (framed for a crime he didn't commit) must escape a high security prison filled with B and C list villains and rogue superheroes. MTV posted an interview with Marks on its site. In it, he says the following: "It's a very, very awesome prison. I majored in architecture in college, and design is how I actually started in. For 'Super Max,' designing that prison, it had to be the kind of thing that was a character in and of itself," Marks said. "We're in a world where instead of just trying to contain a guy who's really big, you're trying to contain a guy who can — in the case of Icicle — who can freeze things. What kind of a cell would a guy like that need in order to have his powers neutralized? So to escape from Super Max they have got to go through the most elaborate heist we've ever seen, involving superpowers. Because the prison itself kind of has superpowers!" He added that Black Canary won't be making an appearance in the film, and that it will include cameos from the Riddler, Lex Luthor and the Joker.

However, the arrival of a cunning cat burglar and a merciless terrorist named Bane force Batman out of exile and into a battle he may not be able to win.

The Boy Who Wouldn't Grow Up
Just think of this film looking a bit like Klaus (2019). Gadget
Inspector Gadget, a bumbling detective, needs lots of help and luck to solve cases assigned by short-tempered Chief Quimby. That help comes from his young, but smart-beyond-her-years niece, Penny, and faithful dog, Brain, who has a human IQ. The trio relies on high-tech items -- i.e. Penny's watch links to a video communicator in Brain's collar -- and other tools to elude trouble from Dr. Claw of MAD. Despite Gadget's shortcomings, he manages to solve each case.

Eerie, Indiana
(Note: this would be a dark reboot of Eerie, Indiana) Poor little Marshall Teller. First, his parents uproot him from his home in New Jersey. Then they move the whole family to Eerie, Indiana, population 16,661, where nothing is as it seems. Strange things happen in Eerie (which Marshall could have expected from the name); however, only Marshall and his new friend, Simon, seem to notice. As they explore the town, they try to keep evidence as proof of the weird goings-on (such as still-living Elvis showing up). Marshall's father, Edgar, is a scientist who works at a product-testing company; his mother runs a party-planning business at the Eerie Mall.
