NOIR Episode Six - The Lady from Henan

henan li shang, a tenacious crime boss in the heart of the henan providence of china. frustrated by another big crime bust which has ties to their own illicit operations. it seems fa zhou, the mayor has been making good on that promise when he got promoted to eradicate crime of late. this of course would be because he wants and is vying for that senate position - he's a greedy power hungry man and wants henan under his rule. and this spells nothing but trouble for li shang. but as fate would have it. li shang isn't the only one that wants fa zhou gone.

NOIR Episode Five - The Beast Hunter

paris, france after losing her father and mother, belle found her solace in books. she grew up in an orphanage and her only real friends were those she read about in stories. losing herself in a fictional world instead of the real, lonely world she lived in. for belle, she spent her entire childhood in the orphanage. so when she became an adult and had to go and survive on her own she threw herself into something else - work. becoming a detective was important - succeeding at her job was even more important. she was clever and had an intricate way of thinking that meant she quickly worked her way through the ranks. this young woman, was bold, fearless - emotionally stunted but that was fine.

NOIR Episode Four - The Long Sleep

los angeles briar rose, she's hollywood's newest starlet. beautiful blonde hair, striking blue eyes. she's got a figure women dream of. and she's making all the right connections in hollywood. but she's doing what it takes to get to the top. keeping herself in the right circles, sleeping with the right men. she wants to be the face of the new golden age of hollywood and she's trying to steal that crown from mal audley who the opposite of briar has dark eyes, dark hair and epitomizes the new age pin up style. she gets the pick of the roles in hollywood and is incredibly lusted after. of course that is until her long-time collaborator, diablo takes an interest in briar over her for a huge role in a hollywood film.

NOIR Episode Three - Pocahontas: Private Eye

gloucester county, virginia willow sinquah's family have descended on gloucester county, virginia for centuries. willow has always been a headstrong girl and fighting for whats right. so it was only natural for her to become a private investigator. she wasn't really one for conforming to what was expected or right. so after a failed attempt at joining the police force as a detective. she started up on her own. struggle and bored of the phone calls about trying to catch someone cheating on their partner or a lost cat. she wants a real adventure; something life changing. and she gets it.

NOIR Episode Two - The Arabian Heist

monte carlo jafar - it's a name that's synonymous with agrabah. his greed destroyed this once bustling city. a city somewhere off between the middle east and india was once a mecca. rich in its culture and produced some of the finest wares in the world. but after the turn of the century, funds were dwindling and as a new age of wealth came in. the once bustling city became a barren land with most of its population living in poverty. with jafar moving much of the cities historic artefacts, jewels, priceless artwork out of the city. rumours brew in the city that the plan is to destroy the city, let this new wave of modern wealth come in and build their own city and start again (dubai vibes). and jafar is at the epicentre of the goings on. a powerful conglomerate in the middle east. but he sits on his perch in monte carlo. aladdin and arturo have been lifelong friends - travelling the world for the last decade and they are the master con-men. they learned the tricks of the trade from their old leader, malik. back in the day they used to hustle on the streets of agrabah. but since, they all went off exploring the world and over turning some of the most reported about heists.

NOIR Episode One - Miss White & The Unlawful Seven

1920s new york. during a time rife in the prohibition era, the unlawful seven, a mysterious group of individuals rule the underbelly of new york city. each with a code name so the cops can't find their trail. miss white and the unlawful seven, follow snow white a young cop as she plans to infiltrate the group and take down the ring leader - grimhalde. her superior, florian is wary of sending a young woman in but miss white, well she's determined and sure she can blow the whole lid off their operation. taking them down for alcohol smuggling, gun crime and intimidation. during the undercover operation, miss white grows close to one of the seven leaders of the underground gang - doc. closer than she should have and honestly she knows it's effecting the mission. however, william, grimhalde's right hand man finds out about miss white and her double-crossing for the gang. and grimhalde orders for miss white to be dealt with - by poisoning. but can doc go through with it? or will this smart, quick thinking cop bring justice to them all?

The Justice League.

our justice league movie opens exactly where the last superman movie left off. superman is in a coma following a near-fatal confrontation with lex luthor at his kryptonite power plant, but four of earth's most powerful burgeoning metahumans—batman, wonder woman, the flash and green lantern—have come to stand vigil by his bedside as he recovers. soon afterward, green lantern (whose power ring allows him to instantly identify any alien's species) suddenly comes to a startling realization about superman's true origins: he's a kryptonian, a member of an advanced alien species who were nearly driven to extinction after their planet was destroyed by the forces of the planet apokolips. ever since the fateful day that krypton was destroyed, the green lantern corps has been preparing for the day that the legions of apokolips might attack another inhabited world, and they have reason to believe that day is drawing near. meanwhile, superman's foe lex luthor has secretly obtained a powerful alien supercomputer called "the mother box", and he has since been tormented by nightmarish visions of an extraterrestrial invasion from "the world of blood and fire". but since the mother box only showed him a partial fragment of a larger vision, luthor misinterpreted it, and mistakenly believes that superman is the alien invader that his vision warmed him about.

Superman: Man of Tomorrow.

after many months of roaming america and performing small acts of kindness for ordinary people, clark makes his way to metropolis to pay a visit to his love lois lane, and shares his many stories of his adventures on the open road. as the two reconnect, clark shares the many small freelance articles that he's written for local papers during his time on the move. recognizing his talent for "human interest" stories, lois suggests that he apply for a vacant position at the daily planet. while trying to prove his worth as a journalist to the planet's editor-in-chief perry white, clark strikes up a friendship with youthful hotshot photographer jimmy olsen. ever since zod's attack on metropolis months ago, the shady industrialist lex luthor has emerged as one of the biggest developers in the city, and has risen to prominence by funding the rebuilding of the city. recently, he unveiled plans for a new environmentally friendly power plant that can supposedly run metropolis for decades, but he has been suspiciously secretive about how the plant actually works, and about the exact nature of his power source. lois, one of the planet's top investigative journalists, is determined to get to the bottom of his plans.

Shazam!Family.

In 1974, young Thaddeus Sivana is riding in a car with his father and brother when he is suddenly transported to the rock of eternity, a magical temple in another dimension. There, the ancient Wizard Shazam has spent centuries searching for someone pure of heart on whom to bestow his power and name as champion, after the previous champion released the seven deadly sins which killed the rest of the Council of Wizards. Thaddeus is tempted by the eye of sin, through which he hears the voices of the sins, trapped in stone statues, promising him power if he will free them. the wizard deems thaddeus unworthy and magically returns him to the car, where he makes a scene that leads to a car accident, crippling his father. the sins send thaddeus a message telling him to find them. in present-day philadelphia, 14-year-old foster child billy batson continually runs away from foster homes to search for his birth mother, from whom he became separated while at a carnival ten years prior. he is placed in a group home run by victor and rosa vasquez, with five other foster children: mary bromfield, pedro peña, eugene choi, darla dudley, and superhero enthusiast freddy freeman. meanwhile, the embittered sivana succeeds in his lifelong quest to find a way back to the rock of eternity. he steals the eye of sin, becoming the sins' vessel, bests the wizard, and uses his newfound power to kill his father, brother, and sivana industries' board of directors.

Aquaman: The King of Atlantis.

The story opens in the small, seaside village of Amnesty Bay, Maine, in 1985. On a very stormy night, lighthouse keeper Thomas Curry discovers an unconscious woman washed up on the shore with a wound in her abdomen. He brings her to his home and shelters her. Although she appears frightened and confused when she wakes up, Thomas shows her kindness and tends to her wound. She tells him her name is Atlanna, Queen of Atlantis, and the two begin a romantic relationship. Thomas and Atlanna spend the next few years together, and they become parents to a son, Arthur. Everything seems lovely until one day when a team of Atlantean commandos burst into their home and start to attack with the intention of taking Atlanna back to her betrothed, King Orvax. Atlanna fights back and beats the commandos down, leaving her time to get away with Thomas and Arthur. Atlanna tells Thomas she must return to Atlantis for his and Arthur's safety, but she vows to return to both of them someday. she kisses Thomas goodbye and jumps back into the ocean, leaving Arthur her five-tined sea fork for when he is ready to use it.

The Suicide Squad.

Intelligence officer Amanda Waller convinces Washington, D.C. officials to allow her to assemble Task Force X, a team of dangerous criminals imprisoned at Belle Reve special security barracks. they are placed under command of Colonel Rick Flag to be used as disposable assets in high-risk missions for the United States Government. A nanite bomb is implanted in the neck of each team member, designed to be detonated should the member rebel or try to escape.

The Green Lantern.

The movie introduces Hal Jordan as a cocky-but-troubled hotshot pilot who ran away from home to join the air force on his 18th birthday, only to wash out after punching his commanding officer in the jaw. As we see in flashbacks, Hal watched his father Martin Jordan die in a tragic test flight accident when he was just a child, and he swore to honor his legacy by becoming a pilot himself. But Hal's mother, who never quite got over the death of her husband, forbade her son from following in his father's footsteps, and threatened to disown him if he ever set foot in a fighter cockpit. Since leaving the air force, Hal ekes out a meager living as a test pilot at Ferris Aircraft, a remote airfield in the heart of the mojave desert.

The Flash.

Central City is a massive, bustling Metropolis in the American heartland that has its own instantly recognizable visual aesthetic. Where Gotham is an urban wonderland inspired by the 1930s, Central City is a chrome-and-neon wonderland inspired by 1950s science-fiction, filled with retro-futuristic architecture. Everywhere you look, guys in letterman's jackets flirt with girls in poodle skirts, tinkering with smartphones while wandering in and out of old-fashioned jukebox diners. But above all, Central City is renowned far and wide as one of America's greatest centers of scientific research; while Metropolis epitomizes social progress, and the artistic mecca of Gotham epitomizes cultural progress, Central City epitomizes scientific progress. Hence, just as Wayne Tower and the Daily Planet building are instantly recognizable landmarks in their respective cities, the biggest and most prominent landmark in Central City is a massive scientific research center called the Central City Future Institute. And one of the institute's most up-and-coming young researchers is a young woman named Iris West, who's in a steady relationship with the gifted crime scene analyst Barry Allen.

Wonder Woman: The Amazon Princess.

Decades in the past, when she was a child, Diana grew up on the Island of Themyscira. The mighty amazons, an all-female warrior clan, lived there secretly and secluded. she watches the warriors training on the field under General Antiope. Diana wants to be a fighter like the rest of the amazons, but her mother, Queen Hippolyta forbids her daughter from training. Hippolyta tells Diana that Zeus made the humans with a good nature. However, Ares, the God of War, corrupted them. Humans were filled with suspicion and jealousy. They were constantly at war. The other gods tried to stop Ares, but he killed them one by one. Zeus also struggled until, with his last strength, he hit ares so hard that "he was forced to retreat". Later, Zeus forged a weapon that can destroy Ares. with Zeus's dying breath he created the secluded home for the amazons named Themyscira, with an enchanted barrier to hide them from the rest of the world. Diana wants to see the great weapon so later, Hippolyta shows Diana the powerful sword known as the God Killer. she explains that it can kill the God Ares, but Hippolyta hopes that there will never be a need to wield it.

Batman: The Caped Crusader.

Instead of looking like an episode of the wire, Gotham is a retro-flavored urban wonderland filled with towering art deco skyscrapers, majestic hindenburg-like airships, and swinging jazz clubs packed with flappers. it's a dangerous place, but also the sort of colorful city where it actually seems halfway plausible that a nocturnal crime fighter in a bat costume might be a beloved celebrity. in this version, Bruce Wayne is still a bit of a brooding loner with questionable social skills, but his serious demeanor is regularly played for laughs, and his loyal butler Alfred Pennyworth occasionally acknowledges that his employer's "hobby" is a slight eccentricity at best, and a full-on sign of madness at worst; Bruce and Alfred have a dynamic that should instantly remind book-lovers of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza, with Bruce even tinkering with suits of armor in Wayne Manor and occasionally fencing with Alfred in his downtime.

Superman: The Man of Steel.

In the farthest reaches of space, the beleaguered denizens of the planet Krypton prepare to weather the storm as a mighty interplanetary empire rains hellfire down on them. it’s the final chapter of an age-old war, and the last days of the Kryptonian race are at hand. but in a last-ditch effort at salvation, the brutal military leader Dru-Zod—the de facto Ruler of Krypton—prepares to lead his people to a new homeland in a fleet of massive starships packed with stasis pods, designed by his scientist friend Jor-El. but there's a catch: every Kryptonian must swear an oath of eternal allegiance to Zod before being allowed to take shelter in a stasis pod; anyone who refuses is executed on the spot. in his desperation to defeat Krypton's enemies, Zod has become a mad tyrant, determined to rule over the last remnants of his dying people with an iron fist.

Still Star-Crossed (2027)

Following the deaths of Romeo and Juliet, Rosaline Capulet is betrothed against her will to Benvolio Montague by Prince Escalus, who hopes to end the feud between their families. The two set out to find a way to prevent the marriage and, at the same time, prevent the destruction of their families.

Medici: Masters of Florence (2026)

Florence, 1429. Giovanni de' Medici is a rich banker who also represents one of the most important political forces of Florence's Signoria. He has a plan to increase his family power by making an agreement with the Church of Rome. The election of a new Pope is about to take place and Giovanni sends his sons Cosimo and Lorenzo to Rome in order to encourage the election of a Pope close to his family. In Rome, Cosimo, fascinated by the beauty of ancient architectures and art, meets Donatello and one of his models Bianca. Cosimo falls in love with her but is then forced to leave her and marry Contessina de Bardi, a political marriage arranged by Giovanni and Contessina's father. The Medici's candidate gets elected, which ensures to the bank of the Medici an unparalleled economic power. Twenty years later, Giovanni is mysteriously murdered and Cosimo and Lorenzo try to secretly investigate his death. Meanwhile, the political situation in the city is troubled by plots against the Medici family's power, and their vision for the future of Florence - which will then lead to the Renaissance - is in danger. Cosimo's dream is to complete the Duomo of Florence, but no architect seems to have a feasible solution due to the shape of the base created for the dome.

Dracula (2023)

The series introduces Dracula as he arrives in London posing as Alexander Grayson, an American entrepreneur who maintains that he wants to bring modern science to Victorian society. In reality, he hopes to wreak revenge on the Order of the Dragon, a power-hungry organisation who ruined his life centuries earlier. Abraham Van Helsing, who has freed Dracula from the prison the Order placed him in, is also out for revenge on the Order and the two have formed an uneasy alliance. However, their plans are complicated when Dracula falls in love with Mina Murray, a woman who seems to be a reincarnation of his dead wife.
