Star Wars Episodes VII-IX: The Legacy Trilogy
The story of Star Wars: Legacy starts 126 years after the film Return of the Jedi. The films feature Cade Skywalker, a descendant of Luke Skywalker, who was trained as a Jedi, but abandoned the New Jedi Order following its defeat by the One Sith. He apprenticed himself to the pirate Rav and lives among bounty hunters, smugglers and pirates such as his best friends Jariah Syn and Deliah Blue. Cade, in an attempt to avoid detection and his destiny, also dropped his last name and Jedi heritage while being reluctantly guided by Luke, now a Force ghost. The trilogy begins with an attack on the Jedi Temple and the overthrow of the Galactic Alliance and the Fel Empire by the Sith. Along with Cade and his friends, various other characters appear who are set against the Sith; including deposed Emperor Roan Fel and his Imperial faction, the remnants of the Galactic Alliance under Admiral Gar Stazi, and the remaining Jedi. After a large and costly war with the Sith Empire, Cade and his allies manage to kill the evil Sith Emperor, Darth Krayt. However, even without their leader, the Sith remain a powerful danger.

Michael Mann's Heat 2
One day after the end of Heat, Chris Shiherlis is holed up in Koreatown, wounded, half delirious, and desperately trying to escape LA. Hunting him is LAPD detective Vincent Hanna. Wolfgang Petersen's Batman vs. Superman
Bruce Wayne attempts to shake all of the demons in his life after his five year retirement of crimefighting. Dick Grayson, Alfred Pennyworth and Commissioner Gordon are all dead. Meanwhile, Clark Kent is down on his luck and in despair after his divorce from Lois Lane. Clark serves as Bruce's best man at his wedding to the beautiful and lovely Elizabeth Miller. After Elizabeth is killed by the Joker at the honeymoon, Bruce is forced to don the Batsuit once more, tangling a plot which involves Lex Luthor manipulating a fight between Batman and Superman, while Clark begins a romance with Lana Lang in Smallville.

The Spider Wars
Spider-Man is taken to an alternate dimension where due to a series of events in The Amazing Spider-Man films, its native Peter has bonded with the Carnage symbiote to become the maniacal Spider-Carnage, who has devastated and demolished New York City with the aid of Black Cat, The Vulture, Mysterio and Alistair Smythe. Madame Web calls on Spider-Girl, Anti-Venom and Sandman to help Spider-Man restore balance to the multiverse and save their realities.

X2: Wolverine's Revenge
Wolverine fights his way past the heavily guarded areas of the Weapon X Facility to piece together fragmented clues to his murky past and to save his life. Wolverine has 48 hours to find an antidote to the deadly Shiva Virus circulating in his bloodstream and the clues point to the Weapon X facility, the Canadian fortress where he had his skeletal structure fused with adamantium.

Batman: Blind Justice
When Bruce Wayne refuses to allow illegal mind control experiments to continue at Wayne Technology, he finds himself charged with being involved with organized crime. During the police investigation, Wayne is forced to confront memories of the man who trained him to become the feared Dark Knight - Batman. Wayne not only must clear himself, but also protect his secret and save his company from ruin.

Drew Goddard's Sinister Six
The film portrays the Six and it's members as sympathetic enough that they can redeem themselves. After breaking out of the Ravencroft Institute, the Six retreat to the Savage Land, a hidden island in the comics which was an ancient preserve to surviving prehistoric species hidden in Antarctica. By the end of the film, Spider-Man joins forces with the Six, who return to New York City, against an interdimensional threat brought on by Harry Osborn: the Carnage symbiote.

Star Wars: Episode IX - Legacy of the Force
Darth Caedus is now the declared enemy of nearly every other major character: His mother and sister have disowned him, Luke is sworn to redeem him, Ben and Mara Jade are driven to seek justice for themselves. Caedus kidnaps Allana so Tenel Ka and the Hapans will not decide to leave the government, but Luke, Jaina, Mara Jade, Ben, and their allies save Allana. After saving Allana, Leia tells Jaina to become a Jedi again. Caedus takes on a new apprentice, Tahiri Veila, to replace Ben and turns to the task of ending the war. Caedus then takes control of Coruscant and claims sole control of the Galactic Alliance. Jaina trains to help her face off against Caedus, taking it upon herself to defeat her brother. Caedus's meditations, a vision of his daughter Allana on a white throne in a time of peace, are disrupted by Luke Skywalker, in an attempt to hide Jaina's attack. This vision convinces Caedus that he has won—he would bring peace to the galaxy, and prevent his visions of war and suffering from coming true. At the film's climax, Caedus and Jaina face off in a final lightsaber duel aboard Caedus' flagship, the Anakin Solo.

Star Wars: Episode VIII – Shadow of the Sith
Jacen Solo attempts to further his plan for peace against the wishes of his own family. Lumiya says she is pleased by his progress, but instructs him that to truly become a Sith he would have to undergo the Trial of Sacrifice: to kill that which he loves most. Doing this, he believes, would allow him to use the powers of the Sith without becoming evil and would "immortalize his love" for his sacrifice. Nevertheless, after Ben tells Mara that he overheard Jacen communicating with Lumiya, Mara tracks Jacen down in the Hapes Consortium. After a long and heated battle, Jacen almost kills Mara Jade; the sacrifice necessary to becoming a Sith Lord is not Jacen's love, but Ben's. Ben suspects Jacen almost immediately, upon seeing his mother. Eventually, Jacen chooses the Sith name Darth Caedus. Jacen, now known as Darth Caedus, fights everyone he once loved to bring his plan for prosperity to the galaxy.

Star Wars: Episode VII – The New Jedi Order
When a mission to uncover an illegal missile factory on the planet Adumar ends in a violent ambush—from which Jedi Knight Jacen Solo and his protégé and cousin, Ben Skywalker, narrowly escape with their lives, while Han Solo is killed—it's the most alarming evidence yet that political unrest is threatening to ignite into total rebellion.
