Matthew Vaughn's Star Wars Trilogy Remake

The films center on the Galactic Civil War between the Rebel Alliance and the tyrannical Galactic Empire, as well as the archetypical hero's journey of Luke Skywalker in his quest to become a Jedi under the tutelage of exiled Jedi Masters Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda. Luke joins forces with Princess Leia, Han Solo, Chewbacca, C-3PO, R2-D2 and the Rebel Alliance in facing the Empire and the evil Sith Lord Darth Vader.

Nia DaCosta's Final Fantasy Rebirth

The film follows mercenary Cloud Strife and a party of characters principally comprising the eco-terrorist group AVALANCHE, who embark on a journey across the Planet to prevent the megacorporation Shinra from exploiting its life essence, Mako, as an energy source, and defeat former elite SOLDIER Sephiroth, who seeks to unite with the Planet to achieve greater power.

Nia DaCosta's Final Fantasy: INTERmission

It takes place midway through the events of Final Fantasy, and follows Yuffie Kisaragi as she enters Midgar in search of a hidden materia within the Shinra Building. Yuffie teams up with Sonon Kusakabe, a fellow Wutaian, and with members of Avalanche, on her quest, before coming into contact with the Shinra Electric Power Company executive, Scarlet.

Guns of the Patriots: The Movie

Set five years after the events of Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, the story centers around a prematurely aged Solid Snake, now known as Old Snake, as he goes on one last mission to assassinate his nemesis Liquid Snake, who now inhabits the body of his former henchman Revolver Ocelot under the guise of Liquid Ocelot, before he takes control of the Sons of the Patriots, an A.I. system that controls the activities of PMCs worldwide.

Sons of Liberty: The Movie

The story revolves around the Big Shell, a massive offshore clean-up facility seized by a group of terrorists who call themselves the Sons of Liberty. They demand an enormous ransom in exchange for the life of the President of the United States and threaten to destroy the facility and create a cataclysmic environmental disaster if their demands are not met. The motives and identities of many of the antagonists and allies change throughout the film, as the protagonists discover a world-shaking conspiracy constructed by a powerful organization known as the Patriots.

Sam Raimi's Spider-Man: Homecoming

Put simply, Peter has been allowed to grow up. Miles Morales, meanwhile, fills the role of high school hero just beginning his journey as the all new Spider-Man. By and large, the plot of this revised Homecoming film follows two major plotlines. An added origin for Miles Morales, and Peter's attempt and mentoring the young hero fighting the criminal Vulture. The corporation which incurs Adrian Toomes's wrath isn't Stark Industries, but rather the newly introduced Alchemax, a company which rose from the ruins of Oscorp, following the deaths of both Norman and Harry Osborn years back. Head of the company is a scientist who once worked under both Osborns; a geneticist by the name of Miles Warren. Miles is less eager to become one of the Avengers, like Peter Parker did. Miles's origin covers the first act of the movie, starting with an unseen thief stealing several genetically-engineered spiders from Alchemax. The project is hinted at being an attempt by the company to create their own Spider-Men, or at least replicate his power.

Neil Burger's Uncharted: Drake's Fortune

The film covers the journey of fortune hunter Nathan Drake, supposed descendant of the English explorer Francis Drake, as he seeks the lost treasure of El Dorado with the help of journalist Elena Fisher and friend and mentor Victor Sullivan.

Dan Trachtenberg's Uncharted: The Lost Legacy

Set after the events of Shawn Levy's Uncharted 2 (2016), Chloe Frazer enlists the aid of renowned mercenary Nadine Ross in order to recover the Tusk of Ganesh, an Indian artifact Chloe's own father became obsessed with. They also endeavor to keep it out of the hands of Asav, a ruthless war profiteer who endeavors to use the Tusk for his own personal gain. Together, they venture deep into the mountains of India in search of the legendary artifact. Along the way, they learn to work together to unearth the mystery of the artifact, fight their way through fierce opposition, and prevent the region from falling into chaos.

Hitman: Trilogy

The story follows Agent 47, a genetically enhanced human clone who worked for the International Contract Agency (ICA) as an assassin. The former contract killer has retired and started a peaceful life at a church, but after his only friend, Reverend Emilio Vittorio, is kidnapped by unknown assailants, 47 resumes work for the ICA in hopes of tracking him down. The film includes several flashbacks experienced by Agent 47 after almost being killed on a failed mission. Agent 47 then tries to bring down the Franchise, a rival contract killing organization that is threatening his employers, the ICA, and seeking to obtain the same cloning technology that created 47. Meanwhile, a frame story presents 47's life and various contracts he carried out, as narrated by a former FBI director to a journalist.

Tomb Raider: A Survivor is Born

Tomb Raider is set on Yamatai, an island from which Lara, who is untested and not yet the battle-hardened explorer, must save her friends and escape while being hunted down by a malevolent cult.

Batman: Into the Millerverse

This alternate Earth is home to a darker, more brutal version of Batman fighting crime and the corrupt Gotham City Police Department alike alongside his young partner, Robin, much to the consternation of both the public and the burgeoning Justice League. Ultimately, Batman retired in his 40s after the death of the second Robin, Jason Todd, as well as increased public outcry against superheroes driving most of his contemporaries into exile. He returned 10 years later alongside a new Robin, Carrie Kelley, to save Gotham from the unchecked street crime and political corruption that had thrown it into chaos, eventually assembling an army to take the country back from a corrupt administration headed in secret by Lex Luthor that had effectively enslaved the remaining heroes such as Superman, Wonder Woman and Captain Marvel.

Tim Miller's Batman: Arkham Origins

When a bounty is placed on him by crime lord Black Mask, drawing eight of the world's greatest assassins to Gotham City on Christmas Eve, Batman must bring Black Mask to justice, while also being hunted by the police and having to face other villains, such as the Joker and Anarky, who take advantage of the chaos to launch their nefarious schemes.

Zack Snyder's Trinity

A first-encounter story in which Superman meets his fellow superheroes Batman and Wonder Woman. The story begins in a prologue, set in 2015. A trafficking ring housed in Gotham City processes several teenagers. They demonstrate latent superhuman abilities, and are kept in a cell separate from the others. At nightfall, the ring is attacked by the feared Batman, making his first full debut in the DCEU. Utterly dismantling the base of operations, Batman corners one of the mercenaries posted and demands to know who he's working for. His interrogation methods are quick, ruthless and to the point akin to Rocksteady's Arkham series. The endangerment of children makes his debut here a tad forceful. As a veteran hero who's supposedly been acting for decades now, the Batman of this universe is in his prime. The mercenary, after being "persuaded", gives a name and provides a card marked with a symbol. The symbols of the ancient, feared order called the League of Assassins. But when the mercenaries escape with the help of another metahuman, one demonstrating hydrokinetic powers, Batman realizes he may be in over his head. And he needs help. The meeting of the three heroes, the unveiling of the global threat they face and seeds of the Trinity's tight partnership.

British Intelligence agent James Bond is assigned by his boss, M, to take up the workload of a deceased fellow agent who was working on a case related to a European drug smuggling syndicate. Following a lead to Berlin, Bond is met by Dharma Reach, who is posing as a CIA contact. She tries to kill him, but fails and escapes. Bond meets with Slaven Kurjak, a rich Serbian scientist who was disabled during the Kosovo War. Kurjak now develops advanced technology for prosthetics. When asked about the unusual drugs spreading across London and Europe, Kurjak directs Bond to a suspicious laboratory. Unbeknownst to 007, Kurjak is the one who sent Dharma to kill him. At the laboratory, Bond engages in a firefight with a Lebanese crime clan. After the battle is over, Bond learns that he was tricked by Kurjak and the Lebanese were not connected to the drugs.
