This will serve as a sequel to 2026’s The Super Mario Galaxy Movie. Princess Daisy debuted in the post credits scene in the film and will appear in the third movie.

Poppy Prescott: A Despicable Me Prequel

Poppy Prescott, who is a 14-year-old teenage girl boss, joined Lycée Pas Bon, which was Gru’s old school from the 1980s, at the end of Despicable Me 4 after her very first heist with Gru and the Minions. The movie would be known as the Untitled “P O” Movie, as the codename, “P O”, stands for Poppy. This will be another Despicable Me spinoff after Minions & Monsters. It will be released on the big screen, likely on June 30, 2028.

Despicable Me 5 is coming soon by Illumination and Universal Pictures in the near future, which is the 2030s.
