Road House (2009)

James Dalton is a legendary professional bouncer known for his calm demeanor, expert fighting skills, and strict code of conduct. Haunted by the memory of accidentally killing a man in self-defense, Dalton accepts a job from businessman Frank Tilghman to clean up the notorious Double Deuce bar in Jasper, Missouri. Following in his father's footsteps but determined to forge his own identity, Shane must use the same combination of discipline, courage, and fighting ability to protect innocent people and take down a new generation of criminals. Across two generations, the Dalton family becomes synonymous with standing up to corruption, defending the innocent, and proving that sometimes the only way to clean up a dangerous road house is to fight back.

Aliens vs Predator 3 (2010)

If you mean the hypothetical/unreleased Alien vs. Predator 3 (2010), there actually wasn't an official movie by that title. The AVP series ended with Aliens vs. Predator: Requiem (2007), and a third film was discussed but never produced.
