The Martian Manhunter

Long ago, a war that faced Green Martians against White Martian eradicated the Green Martians. The only survivor was J'onn J'onzz, who after seeing his wife and daughter died travel to Earth. But some day his past came looking for him, with M'gann M'orzz, J'onn's niece. The two of them travel to Mars to face Protex, but there he reveals that M'gann is in fact a White Martian and betray J'onn. Then J'onn's brother, Ma'alefa'ak, who J'onn believed dead, come back looking for vengance. M'gann helps him faced his brother, feeling bad for having betrayed him. Then she locks him up into a mental prision. The two of them stay on Mars, being the only two martian left.
