Biography

WindMan.EXE (ウインドマン.ＥＸＥ[1] Uindoman Eguze) is a NetNavi operated by Lilly. He was created on a continent far from Electopia with the power to control the wind[2]. WindMan is considered a god on Scissor Island. His true tremendous power is sealed away most of the time by Lilly's Grass Flute (そうげんのフエ Sōgen no Fue, "Bamboo Flute of the Grasslands"). Once unleashed, he is uncontrollable.
