Biography

Mika / MK is a recurring character in the Canadian sci-fi drama series Orphan Black and a clone of Project LEDA. Originally named Veera Suominen and raised in Helsinki, Finland, she assumed the name MK, derived from her clone ID tag number 3MK29A, and went into hiding after the murder of her best friend and fellow clone, Niki Lintula, and 6 other LEDA clones. Using her skills as a hacker, she later tracked down and befriended Beth Childs, who gave her the nickname Mika. She was born in December 1984.
