Joshua Landry, better known as Lø Spirit, is an American singer, song-writer, producer and rock musician. Josh’s music is emotional, raw, and has a pretty strong message as well. He is an advocate for mental health awareness and is not shy about adding this element to his songs. Originally from New Orleans and now based in Los Angeles, the artist known as ‘Lø Spirit’ began as a therapeutic endeavor for Landry back in 2022. With over a decade of experience in songwriting and production, he initially garnered notoriety by sharing covers on TikTok in 2021 under the moniker ‘SadSongsOnly.’ His renditions of tracks like MCR’s “Helena,” Highly Suspect’s “My Name is Human,” and Missio’s “I See You” quickly gained traction, showcasing his talent through unique interpretations of these songs. Following the release of his original songs such as “Mind of Mine” and “Good Enough,” it became evident that Lø’s narrative struck a chord with audiences, resonating deeply. As a survivor of trauma grappling with conditions like OCD, PTSD, and anxiety, Lø Spirit aims to leverage his platform as a means of healing, navigating through his personal struggles and, in doing so, offering solace to others who may be experiencing similar challenges. Embarking on his first tour this Spring, Lø Spirit will headline his own shows across the US, in addition to supporting The Struts and making his debut at festivals like Sonic Temple and Welcome to Rockville in May 2024.
