Biography
On April 1, 2009 Lora retires from the band to pursue a solo career. After 8 months, Lora participates in the national selection for Eurovision with the song "Come Along", performed in duet with Sonny Flame."Come Along" received 10,000 votes, ranking 7th.
In early 2010, Lora released the song "Hot Spot", a collaboration with Phelipe. Towards the end of 2010, the singer begins a collaboration with Adrian Sina, the leader of the band Akcent. Together they release the song "My Passion", which has enjoyed success not only in Romania, but also abroad. The song has been a leader in the Romanian charts for several consecutive weeks. The video, which features international models Ana Ștefănescu and Silviu Tolu, garnered over 19 million views on YouTube.
At the beginning of 2012, he released the hit "Un vis", a song that enjoyed the most important media coverage of all his songs and the 1st place on Romanian radios. In the summer of the same year, he launched "Sad Eyes", which also enjoyed great success on the Internet, but not on radio stations. In the fall of 2012, he released the song "Without him", which reached 8 million views on YouTube and reached the first position in the radio charts.At the beginning of 2013, he released the song "Capu 'sus", which already has over 7,000,000 views on YouTube by July. Lora had the extraordinary chance to voice an animated character, Dorothy, in the screening of the story Legends of Oz: Dorothy's Return, she will also perform the soundtrack and songs from the film.
