Biography

Sou Fueki (笛木 奏, Fueki Sō) is the main antagonist of Kamen Rider Wizard. He was a former physicist who transformed into the enigmatic Kamen Rider Wiseman (仮面ライダーワイズマン, Kamen Raidā Waizuman), while secretly opposing Haruto Soma as the leader of the Phantoms, Wiseman (ワイズマン, Waizuman).
