Biography

Fame is a 2009 American musical drama film and a loose remake of the 1980 film of the same name. It was directed by Kevin Tancharoen and written by Allison Burnett. It was released on September 25, 2009 in the United States, Canada, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. The film follows talented high school students attending The High School of Performing Arts in New York City (now known as Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School), where students get specialized training that often leads to success in the entertainment industry.
