Biography

Ever the optimist, Dory just KNEW she would find a high-tech submarine in the Mirrorverse with controls so simple even she could operate it! Well, she might not have known it exactly, but that's just how things work out for her. She projects positivity to those around her, which is not surprising when your motto is, "Just keep swimming!" There may be a few things Dory has forgotten—okay, more than a few—but her role with the Guardians isn’t one of them! While she can maneuver her submersible to attack or defend when needed, Dory much prefers rallying her fellow Guardians with unbridled optimism and positivity. Sure, magic and shiny weapons are cool, but what’s a team without team spirit? When you need a lift, Dory’s your fish. Big tank, little fish: Dory never let anything stop her before, and she’s certainly not going to let anything stop her now that she’s commandeered a Marine Life Institute submersible! Piloting the vessel with surprising skill—was she once a submarine captain and forgot?—Dory charges eagerly into battle, propelling her craft through treacherous waters or scuttling over dry land, always with a smile! Being forgetful isn’t ALL bad—sometimes it’s a great defense against Fractured effects that could keep her down – instead she just keeps on going!
