Biography

Doris is the mother of Caillou and Rosie, and the wife of Boris. She is voiced by Jennifer Seguin in the original series. She is voiced by Hend Baghdady in Caillou the Grownup. She is shown to mainly work from home, where she manages the family's bills and finances, as shown in Caillou's All Alone, when Mommy told Caillou that she was too busy counting bills to play with him, and Caillou Mails A Letter, where she's shown not being happy with getting a bunch of bills, and wants a nice letter for a change. In Caillou Goes To Work, she is shown to also work at a office building. She is also seen going to this job in All In A Days Work. In What's Ringette, its revealed that she used to play ringette, and that she was the leader of her team in High School. Unlike Grandma and Grandpa (from Boris side of the family), Doris parents are never seen in the entire series. It's known that she has a younger cousin named Bella, who was mentioned in Caillou Watches Rosie. Her name is listed as Doris on the Caillou website, but is referred to as "Mommy" through the books and TV show.
