Biography

The Crawlers are the primary antagonists of the 2005 horror film The Descent, as well as its sequel The Descent Part 2. They are a race of cave-dwelling humanoids who have adapted to near-constant darkness and lost any previous trace of humanity they may of had, becoming monsters in the process. In the original film, they were all portrayed by Craig Conway, Leslie Simpson, Mark Cronfield, Stephen Lamb, Catherine Dyson, Julie Ellis, Sophie Trott, Tristan Matthiae, Stuart Luis, and Justin Hackney. In the sequel, they were all portrayed by Robin Berry, Adam Harvey, Nicholas Daines, and Kengo Oshima.
