Biography

Charles is a character from Frosty Returns. He is a friend of Holly DeCarlo and Frosty The Snowman. Charles first appears trying to set up for a magic trick for the entirety of Beansboro, the trick being the classic sawing someone in half. However the trick goes horribly wrong and Holly's Magician's hat goes flying away. He is later seen giving a report all about snow, however is ripped upon as all the classmates gather around and hate on snow. For the rest of the film he is seen helping out Frosty try to survive the harsh ways of Mr. Twitchell.
