Bradley Charles Cooper (born January 5, 1975) is an American actor, filmmaker and musician. He has receivedย various accolades, including aย British Academy Film Awardย and threeย Grammy Awards. In addition, he has been nominated for twelveย Academy Awards, sixย Golden Globe Awards, and aย Tony Award. Cooper appeared on theย ForbesCelebrity 100ย list three times and onย Time's list of theย 100 most influential people in the worldย in 2015.ย His filmsย have grossed $13ย billion worldwide, and he has been placed in annual rankings of the world's highest-paid actors four times.
Cooper began his television and film career in 1999 with a guest role in and the City.ย In 2000, he enrolled in theย Master of Fine Arts (MFA)ย program at theย Actors Studio. Shortly after, he made his film debut with a starring role in the comedyย Wet Hot American Summerย (2001) and gained some recognition asย Will Tippinย in the television seriesย Aliasย (2001โ2006). After his role in the show was demoted, he began to have career doubts; however, he quickly gained additional recognition with a supporting part in the comedy filmย Wedding Crashersย (2005).
