Synopsis

The GCPD and Batman are hounded with calls from a mysterious mass murderer only going by the moniker Mr. Zsasz, Zsasz states that he has hostages all around the city, if they can’t find them before the time expires Zsasz kills them. The GCPD have no other choice but to do the one thing they’ve never wanted to happen, they have to work together with the Batman to find Zsasz before it’s too late.

Description of Harvey Bullock:

Bullock has and always will hate the Batman, when Jim tells Harvey they need to work with him, Bullock completely negates Jim’s orders. After Jim and Bruce have to go it alone, and Jim is sadly killed. It’s established that Bullock will be taking up the role of commissioner.
