In this "story" we will follow the serial killer Victor Zsasz. We will follow Victor Zsasz, how he makes decisions while he is serving as Roman Sionis personal hitman, but secretly working for Oswald Cobblepot and gathering information about Sionis. In the end, Zsasz is responsible for a giant gang war in Gotham city.
