Five days have passed since the defeat of Biollante, Godzilla hasn't been seen since returning to the ocean. With his disappearance, a breed of Titans known as Mutations begin to grow restless and diverge on New York City. Monarch's Humanitarian Environmental Analysis Team, led by Niko "Nick" Tatopoulos have only one hope to defend the city.
