Synopsis

One year after Cobra has succeeded their plan for world domination, the G.I. Joes are not done yet, as they get prepared for the final battle against Cobra and are ready to strike back to restore freedom around the world and put an end to Cobra's world domination around the world.

Description of Cobra Viper Commandos (Voice):

Cobra Viper Commandos are enhanced Neo Vipers that were upgraded carry out highly dangerous and deadly operations. They are more stronger than their Neo Viper counterparts as they have the ability to cloak and would later have the ability to continue fighting without their heads and they also have the ability to release EMP bursts out of their after being killed in order to wound their enemy near their dead bodies
