Description of Storm Shadow (Tommy Arashikage):

After his supposed death during the Arctic Assault, Storm Shadow survived his wound and has been on the run with Cobra, with his Cousin Jinx tracking him down to answer for their uncle's murder. Storm Shadow has been training for the day when he prepares to battle Snake Eyes and his cousin, Jinx in an ultimate showdown.
