Synopsis

2 years after the events of The Rise Of Cobra, Duke and his team are on a mission to stop Firefly, who's been on the run ever since the formation of Cobra began, but unknown to them, Cobra is ready to retaliate back.

Description of Scarlett (Shana O'Hara):

an Intelligence Officer for Duke's G.I. Joe. Initially appearing as a member of the team that rescued Flint and Ripcord from an ambush staged in order to steal a weapons shipment they were transporting, she goes on to evolve from a hard-nosed, no-nonsense operative to a woman who starts appreciating emotions, which she initially disregarded. in Zack Snyder's G.I. Joe Retaliation, she appears in the Prologue of the film and their mission is finished, Scarlett leaves so she and Ripcord can spend time together with their relationship elsewhere, with Lady Jaye taking her spot. She and Ripcord are last seen outside a mall as they witness Cobra's world Domination.
