Synopsis

2 years after the events of The Rise Of Cobra, Duke and his team are on a mission to stop Firefly, who's been on the run ever since the formation of Cobra began, but unknown to them, Cobra is ready to retaliate back.

Description of Cobra Commander (Voice):

During the 2 years after the events of Rise Of Cobra, Cobra Commander is recaptured after his first escape from the G.I. Joe custody. Despite being captured, Cobra Commander's right hand man, Zartan, is continuing their plans for world domination. In the climax, Cobra Commander, along with Destro, are freed by Zartan, Firefly, and Baroness from the USS Flagg and Cobra Commander's plans for world domination succeeds and he retaliates back by launching an invasion around the world and destroys the G.I. Joes around the world. He serves as the overarching antagonist in Zack Snyder's G.I. Joe Retaliation with Michael Wincott returning to voice Cobra Commander.
