After the intense battles on Planet Namek and the defeat of Frieza, A young warrior named Trunks arrives from the future. He warns the Z Fighters of even greater dangers looming ahead and reveals the existence of two more deadly androids, who wreak havoc on cities, testing the strength of Earth's defenders. Despite their best efforts, Goku and the Z Fighters find themselves outmatched by these new foes, who possess abilities far beyond their previous enemies. As tensions escalate, Vegeta undergoes intense training to achieve the coveted Super Saiyan form, hoping to level the playing field against the androids. Meanwhile, Goku falls gravely ill due to a heart virus where he needs to fight it, leaving the Z Fighters in a great challenge.
