Drives the hired limousine for the people involved in making Miss Clark’s picture. Passes conversation with Dollar on more then one occasion when he gets a ride. Revealed to be the mastermind of the jewelry theft who manipulates Dollar to locate them after his conspirator/Virginia’s killer is killed after double crossing him.
