We met Peter Parker a typical nerd, who is bullied by his colleague Flash Thompson, during an expedition to Oscorp Peter is bitten by a spider gaining his powers meanwhile the King of Crime recruits Flint Marko and Aleksei to do some experiments that made them simple street thugs to super beings superhuman abilities, it is up to Peter now with great powers and great responsibilities to protect their city.
