S2-E7: Betrayal Mara and April. Finally reunited. The two shared a loving embrace after being apart for over a year. Despite Mara's betrayal of the Young Justice, April still desperately held onto Mara's love, the only family she had left. Mara brought April and Rico to her hideout from the Manhunters where she made herself at home in the blindspot of the Green Lanterns. Rico was hesitant to befriend Mara; after all, their mission was to apprehend her. Rico could sense a kindness in the murderous Kryptonian. Her form of cruel justice was not without empathy and compassion. Mara showed April what she had been doing with the time she was given. She told April about the Order that Themis and her once believed in, a team with strict ideals of brutal justice. April tried her best to get Mara to see the other way, that execution would not lead to peace. Just as the couple argued, a blast came through Mara's home. Themis immediately knocked out Rico with a brutal punch to the face, she then held April in a headlock, choking the life out of her. Themis warned Mara to stay back or she would rip April's head clean off her body. April struggled to speak, instead she listened to Themis' words. "You'll kill Zod but not her?" she sneered at Mara and laughed, "You got weak." The barely conscious April heard Themis explain her plan to bring the entire team and Mara to prison.
