The son of Wanda Maximoff (Scarlet Witch) and The Vision as well as Billy's twin brother who has been reincarted as a teen in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Tommy has inhereted superhuman speed from his and Billy's uncle, Pietro Maximoff (Quicksilver), and loves to be a show-off with his powers. He loves teasing his shy twin brother, Billy, such as daring to give his crush Teddy Altman a kiss, but can be very protective to him if he's in trouble. As for his crush, Tommy likes his teammate Kate Bishop.
