Yes, my belief is that the MCU version of Jocasta is Karen, the suit lady from Spider-Man: Homecoming. This actually isn’t that far-fetched as Jocasta was seen as a hard-drive on Tony’s workbench in Age of Ultron, so it’s possible that Karen was created from that algorithm just given a different name.
