He fears it's a warning that if he steals one single picnic basket at all times like he usually does, he'll end up being shipped to the zoo and never seen again! So he decides to give up stealing picnic baskets once and for all and follow the park rules so he won't be shipped to the zoo. He also vows to eat nothing but nuts and berries, his least favorite food, much to his dismay. Ranger Smith is happy about that at first, but he begins to miss the old Yogi.
