A real estate magnate and who wants to own a music venue. He used to be a big band musician who played with all of the greats in the 40s. In his youth, he met "Kira" and was inspired by her and even felt a connection to her that she sadly couldn't return (and as such she disappeared from his life). Him looking back on the old days and his meeting with Sonny inspires him (as does Kira) to open what will be known as the Xanadu theater. The more he gets to know the two, the more he finds joy in his life and is happy for them (slowly connecting the dots with his past and the mysterious woman with his partner).
