Erik’s parents were both holocaust survivors. But throughout his youth Erik was discriminated against for being Jewish and for being a mutant. That was until he met Charles Xavier. The two became fast friends and formed the original X-Men. In the 90’s Erik left Charles because they started to see the mutant situation differently. Causing Erik to start The Brotherhood.
