The antagonist of the movie. The first mission of the X-Men is to stop Rogue from causing collateral damage to the city and find out what she is after. But it is revealed that she is going after DoDC and has a tragic backstory where her parents were killed by the DoDC for refusing to give up Rogue as a young child. She is a fugitive on the run and is pretty villainous... until she isn't.
