From Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, we meet Professor X (Charles Xavier). He has taken in mutants to help keep them safe from the world, but also keeping mutants secret from the world, the newest student being Jean Grey. The students learn of an attack on a military base by an 'evil' mutant known as Magneto and his Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. This makes the world finally learn of mutants' existence.read more
