Jean experienced a transformation into the Phoenix in the X-Men storyline "The Dark Phoenix Saga". She is able to read thoughts, projects, and broadest her own thoughts, as well as affect the minds and animals with high intelligence. And by far the best pick here is Daisy Edgar-Jones imo. She is known in "Where the Crawdads Sing." She has that exact similar vibe to the character where it signifies that she was born with that telekinetic and telepathic powers. So Daisy Edgar-Jones... as Jean Grey.
