Description of Joey Monteleone (Earth-1) (Tar Pit):
(Played by Marco Grazzini in the Arrowverse). Joey Monteleone is a metahuman who gained tar generation and pyrokinetic abilities after being exposed to the S.T.A.R. Labs Particle Accelerator explosion. Afterwards, he targeted various criminals who he knew before the explosion, gaining the attention of the Flash, who defeated him.
