(Played by Jeffrey Robinson in the Arrowverse). Billy Wintergreen was an ASIS agent who was close to Slade Wilson. When Wintergreen and Slade were stranded on Lian Yu, the former allied himself with Edward Fyers, betraying the latter. When Slade met Oliver Queen on Lian Yu, they worked together to defeat Fyers and Wintergreen. Wintergreen was killed when Slade stabbed him in the eye.
