The younger of the Kuroda brothers. Also in Class 3-F like Haguro. Despite his appearance, he is a psychopath who commit violence to anyone who looks at him the wrong way. He and his brother hate other people, love to commit violence, and only care about themselves. Like his brother, he has a huge inferiority complex due to a medical condition that kept his genitalia from developing properly. On Akira Inugami's first day at the new school, he attacked Akira Inugami with a knife but tripped and ended up stabbing himself. After hospitalization, he fell into a coma but died when Haguro stopped the life support system.
