Description of Tartah:

Nolnoa's grandson. He's a young boy with an optical condition which from birth has rendered him colorblind, and because of that, he can't be a witch. Despite this, he works hard to help out at his grandfather's shop. He's a focused young boy who wants to be able to help the people around him who can be incredibly motivated when he wants to help someone.
