Having been sent to Earth to have a normal life until she is ready, Bloom is found at the age of seventeen by Princess Stella of planet Solaria. She delivers a letter to her from Headmistress Faragonda of Alfea College for Fairies located on the planet Magix – a major world in the Magic Dimension. Stella and Bloom depart Earth with Bloom’s pet rabbit Kiko for Alfea where they meet fellow princesses, fairies in training, and protectors of Bloom – Aisha of Andros, Tecna of Zenith, Flora of Lynphea, and Musa of Melody. In competing with and partnering up with the Specialists from Red Fountain and young witches of Cloudtower, the newly-formed Winx Club must investigate and foil a plot by the Trix witches – Stormy, Icy and Darcy – to use magic and technology to ruin Earth and make it their own.
