Synopsis

In "Wheeler Dealer," Bob Odenkirk stars as Dave Wheeler, a car salesman who moonlights as a vigilante in order to keep his community safe from crime. With elements of John Wick and Daredevil, the show features intense action sequences and a complex moral landscape. Salma Hayek plays Rosa, a bartender at Dave's favourite watering hole. The two share a will-they-won't-they dynamic that adds an extra layer of tension and intrigue to the show. Melanie Lynskey plays Emily, Dave's estranged wife and mother of their two children. Despite their differences, the two remain committed to co-parenting, but Emily struggles to reconcile Dave's double life with her values of stability and safety. Danny Pudi plays Tony, a quirky and enthusiastic car sales employee who is completely unaware of Dave's secret life. His innocent humour and naivety provide a welcome relief from the intensity of the show. Pedro Pascal plays Gustav, a cunning and ruthless villain who becomes Dave's nemesis. He is a master manipulator who uses his charm and charisma to gain the upper hand and sees Dave as a threat to his plans. Throughout the series, Dave must balance his responsibilities as a father and car salesman with his secret life as a vigilante. As Gustav's plans become increasingly dangerous, Dave finds himself facing impossible choices and heart-wrenching sacrifices.
