This series shakes up the formula with the ex-Lord President Gregori demanding he be put back as Lord President when his spaceship is found floating in space after many years. The series uses an edited down version of the film, Doctor Who: Vengeance, as a two parter to start the series bumping up the episode count from 6 to 8. The rest of the series is about Gregori being acting Lord President and The Rogue dealing with his stripped power.
