"Aunt" Gladys is the main antagonist of the 2025 supernatural mystery horror film Weapons. She is a parasitic witch and the "aunt" of Alex, who claims to be a relative of the Lilly family, and is responsible for the disappearance of the seventeen missing children from Maybrook Elementary School. She was portrayed by Amy Madigan in her first villainous role.
