The main antagonist. One of Marvel's most evil non-super villains - if not THE most evil - Parker Robbins AKA The Hood is a crime lord with demonic magical powers fueled from his signature cloak and a pair of boots, both belonging to a demon he shot dead. He gives small references on two occasions that he killed Wilson Fisk, and has either absorbed or annihilated every other syndicate in NYC already. His goal is to unleash Hell into the mortal world, as part of a twisted pact he made with the demon Blackheart.
