It is the distant future; the polar ice caps have melted, and the global sea level has risen approximately 230 feet, flooding every coastal city on the planet...and yet, there are those who survive in this newly-changed planet. People create atolls and new cities near the water, overall doing their best to rebuild their lives. (Don't just put in roles or characters from the 1995 movie, please. Be creative.)
