Delford Wade joined the United States Army and fought in the Iraq War. After being honorably discharged, Delford became the leader of the Black Viceroys, who nicknamed him "Iraq" because of his military experience. In a relatively short amount of time, Iraq turned the small gang into a powerful crime syndicate.
